Can I order a poster in a custom size?

We can resize the files for you for no extra charge, please contact us before making a purchase so we can be sure the requested size is available!

Where is my digital download?

An email with a link to download your print(s) will be sent within a few minutes of your purchase! Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. If you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. Still not there? Send us an email and we will get your files to you!

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us.

If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please contact us and we will be happy to help!

I have received my digital download link. How do I print?

Do you accept returns on a digital download order?

Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final. However, when you buy from us we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order.

Clay Ornaments

When will I receive my order?

Our clay ornaments are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada only at the moment.

How much does shipping cost?

We deliver for free in Squamish, BC. Please note: we cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you are outside of Squamish, the cost of shipping will be calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your order. If you spend more than $25 CAD then shipping will be free!

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can you customize clay products?

Yes. If you can't find product variant that you would like, please reach out to us with your request through contact us page.

What should I do if my clay ornament arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, if your clay ornament arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll gladly assist you with a replacement. 

What's your return policy?

We accept returns for items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@bonosensu.com to initiate the return process. Please keep in mind that customer is liable for all shipping charges in the event of a returned order. For more details, please review our full return policy.
